Babyblankets.ie was founded with two principles in mind, quality craftsmanship and uniqueness. Our goal is to offer the finest quality products with a personal stamp. All the very best in baby blankets available in a range of colour options, embroidery details and your baby’s name & date of birth – making it truly one-of-a-kind.

Shipping

Goods are sent by Courier or Irelands An Post package service. we will normally dispatch your order within 1-3 business days. Deliveries within Ireland should arrive within 4-5 days of receipt of payment. Deliveries to UK, EU and US addresses should arrive within 5-8 days of receipt of payment.
In the unlikely event that you receive damaged goods or if there is anything wrong with your order, please keep the damaged packaging as proof and notify us within seven days. We will resend the order upon receipt of the faulty goods at no further cost to you .

Returns

You have the right to cancel your order within seven days of delivery. If you wish to cancel your order, within seven days, please inform us by e-mail. All items must be returned, unused, in their original packaging to: –
Niamh Dunlea, Gowlane South, Donoughmore, Cork, Ireland.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods. We cannot be liable for returned goods, which are lost or damaged in transit. For your protection, we suggest that you return the goods by recorded delivery or registered post. You can expect to receive a cheque or a credit refund will appear on your credit/debit card within thirty days of our receipt of the goods. We will not by liable for any further delivery costs, whatever the reason where the purchaser fails to take delivery at the supplied delivery address.

When you have decided on what you would like to purchase, proceed to our checkout where your online credit card payments may be handled securely by PayPal.
If you prefer, we are happy to take your order by phone.

and their agents, servants, employees, officers, directors, trustees and all
other persons or entities acting on their behalf and the manufacturer from
any and all claims, actions, damages, liability, cost or expenses and
attorney fees which are related to, arise out of, or are in any way
connected to my participation or use of this product, use of equipment or
property supplied by BabyBlankets.ie, whether or not such claims, actions,
damages, liability, cost or expenses are caused by the negligence of the seller, the manufacturer or the
distributor. By this AGREEMENT, it is my intention to surrender and waive
any rights to sue or exercise any legal right to seek damages from BabyBlankets.ie
and their agents, servants, employees, officers, directors, trustees and all
other persons or entities acting on their behalf. This AGREEMENT shall be
affecting and binding upon my heirs, agents, personal representatives and
assigns.

I hereby certify that I am over the age of 18 years of age. I have carefully
read the foregoing and acknowledge that I understand and AGREE to all of the
above terms and conditions. I have had the opportunity to ask any and all
questions regarding this AGREEMENT and the affect of the same. I am aware
that by purchasing this item and sending/remitting payment for it/them, I
assume all risk and waive and release certain substantial rights that I may
have or possess. I therefore release all liability and waive all rights I
may have in regards to my or my child’s activities with the above item(s).

I HAVE READ THIS WAIVER OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND INDEMNITY
AGREEMENT, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT I AM GIVING UP
SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY AGREEING TO THIS WAIVER AND HAVE BOUGHT IT FREELY AND
VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT, ASSURANCE OR GUARANTEE BEING MADE TO ME.
MY PURCHASE IS TO BE CONSIDERED AS A COMPLETE AND UNCONDITIONAL RELEASE OF
ALL LIABILITY TO THE GREATEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW. SELLER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY/ALL DAMAGES CAUSED BY IMPROPER ASSEMBLY AND/OR MISUSE OF PRODUCTS PURCHASED. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS
